1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing does not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the U.S. and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (U.S.)
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Shipping time may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and order weight. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package through the carrier’s tracking system. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 days, contact us.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or countries under shipping embargo. Orders with these addresses may be canceled and refunded.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery.
Provide your order number and photo evidence if applicable.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. LiveCity is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
